1. How long does it take to receive my kaftan?

All Kaftan Closet SG , we will process your order (instock kaftans) within 2 working days. For Singapore orders: Kindly allow 2-3 days after order is handed over to courier. 

For Malaysia & International orders: Please allow 5-14 business days after your order is shipped. We use reputable & reliable international shipping partners. 


2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship both locally within Singapore and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.


3. Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


4. Are custom duties or import taxes included in my order?

No, Kaftan Closet SG is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your local authorities. These charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.


5. What if my delivery is delayed?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
